On the day of your appointment:
-Please arrive on time to ensure you receive a full service.
-If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
-Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities that you may have.
-Our employees work as a team. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service provider you have reserved, another team member can be made available to you.
-As much as we love our furry companions, the salon and spa is not a good environment for pets. Besides the fact that it is against city and state health regulations to have animals in the salon and spa, we also have to consider our clients who may be allergic or not as "in love" with pets as others may be.
Cancellations:
Should you have to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Day of cancellations without rescheduling, will result in full service charge.
All weekend appointments must be held with a valid credit card.
Method of payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash and debit cards.
